Introducing SMS Delivery Tracking!

Now, if you go to Console you’ll see something new if you select an app in the App Health tab: SMS deliverability metrics for your app.

What is this?

SMS tracking metrics can be tracked within the product on a per-app basis. By navigating to the App Health page in Console, you can select an app to see the delivery stats of texts - regardless of whether they were sent as Notifications or as part of a Chat Bot.

Why does this matter?

Understanding the effectiveness of SMS delivery helps understand if there are issues or improvements to make. If you need to ensure that text messages are going to the intended recipients, this provides a mechanism to monitor SMS usage.

🛠 Fixes & Updates

• Added View Role Feature to ease the process of editing Custom Roles
• Addition options added upon initial navigation to Connection Builder
• Usernames eliminated; Builders are now designated by their email addresses, which serve as unique identification.
