The Start Chat Bot Action is used to begin a text message conversation with the active user on a Journey. It is similar to the Navigate to Web Flow action, but instead of taking the user to a new Web Flow, it initiates a conversation on the chat channel of the Journey.

- Send a text to a user to confirm their phone number
Properties
Chat Bot
The Chat Bot to start. This Chat Bot will send text messages to the current actor's phone number. There must be an SMS resource set in Settings.
Chat Bots can be created and managed from Chat Bots Builder.
Inputs
If the destination Chat Bot has any Variables in it, they can be optionally set using Airscript Expressions.
Example
In this example, once the user finishes a purchase, a Chat Bot dialogue starts to confirm the purchase details.
