Overview
The Start Voice Bot action is used to begin a voice conversation with the active user on a Journey. It is akin to the Go to Web Flow action, but instead of moving the canvas, initiating a conversation on the voice channel of the journey.
Use Cases
- Placing a follow-up call to a user
- Transferring a user to a representative
Action Properties
Voice Bot
The voice bot to start. This voice bot will use the current actor's phone number to start calling. There must be a voice resource set in Configuration Builder.
