The Start Chat Bot Action is used to begin a text message conversation with the active user on a Journey. It is similar to the Navigate to Web Flow action, but instead of moving to a new canvas, it initiates a conversation on the chat channel of the Journey.
- Initiating a follow-up text to a user.
- Send a text to a user to confirm their phone number.
